Bunch of new updates to the turbos section, be sure to check it out. Three different Garrett series bolt-on kits from ATP Turbo, and some other miscellany.

Pretty sure in the case of the Boomba it's a block-off for the diverter (recirc) portion of the valve and instead dumps to atmosphere. The Tial Q is a universal part and would need some rigging, and more useful to anyone looking to upgrade their turbo setup.

I know I think I noticed it on one of your posts lol. Looks like a bargain piece.

They also do their own whole intake fwiw.

Because I have a lease, and it looks very easy to install/remove, I'm going to give the boomba a shot.

I got it so I could hear the turbo.

It connects to intake hose so you can put a cone filter on.
So you can hear your turbo etc.
It's probably more a noise mod. I don't know tbh.
Without a dyno I couldn't say any power would be gained or lost.
Maybe joker96 can give feedback on it.

Well when I installed it it seemed to breathe better and the noises are great. I don't remember much when it was stock.

Putting just an open filter on is probably hurting performance. I see pretty high air charge temps with a sealed airbox.

That was at idle at a parking lot. Usually while driving on stock if charge is about 110 same as intake. Even with ambient being 20 degrees lower
