Make sure you give a review with some sound clips/video
Won't get around to installing it until next weekend, but I'll keep the forum updated.
I hope to see a box like that on Wednesday.
But mine's got nuts.
Awesome. I don't think I could wait until next weekend if I got a box full of all that.
Yeah, well this is tomorrow's project...
They are painted and turn silver during the bedding in process.
My car with the 2J race downpipe and FSWERKS exhaust
I am sure hoping that the 2J exhaust will be quieter than that or it WILL be sold.
thats the kind of the set up I was thinking. 3" downpipe into the FSWerks exhaust. Figured I'd add an up stream resonator if it was too obnoxious.
Its quite composed driving it around under load and does not appear to have any type of drone that I could find. Cruising speeds its not much louder than just the FSWERKS exhaust.
That video seems pretty mellow to me.
I like to hear my exhaust but not be obnoxious. At the same time at full throttle I want it to sing.
A friend of mine had a nice mustang with a 289 and its idle scarred small children without being too obnoxious.
I'm not sure an I4 idle can ever get to that scarring small children point but that's more tone than volume.
I'm not a huge fan of the FSWerks exhaust tone but the volume seems OK, maybe even a little quiet.
Is there a sound clip of the full 2JR exhaust with downpipe? (outside of the car not inside)
Should also have inside and out of catted vs. non-catted.
Is this cat or de-cat?
It says race downpipe so it should be non-cat.
Sweet. You are definitely the one testing the durability of this engine!
Dyno added with our full race DP, 3" catback and cowl induction intake
Is this with or without a tune?
Separate names with a comma.
