Ford to dump MS from SYNC

    You shouldn't be navigating the menus when driving. Even when you understand the system that can be dangerous... The most MFT navigating I think I'd need to do when driving is maybe switch from Entertainment to Navigation. If I wanted to skip tracks/channels or change the volume while driving, there's steering wheel controls for that. Anything more than that and you should probably pull over anyway.

    If you don't know the voice command you can ask the system for help. Most everything on MFT can be controlled via voice.

    I'm aware of that. But who wants to spend two minutes trying to do what shouldn't take more than two seconds? And really, focusing on the help isn't a whole lot less distracting that trying to navigate the menus.

    I realize that some people have used the system enough that it isn't a problem for them, but that doesn't describe me.
