Does anyone else have a rattle in the vicinity of the front passenger door? I have searched everywhere in a an attempt to isolate it; no joy! Any thoughts?

I have a plastic on plastic squeak from the glove box. If I open it, It goes away. Temperature dependent too. And usually with a passenger it doesn't do it much either. Must be those tight ford tolerances.

    Hey guys,

If you're planning on heading in to your dealer to have these concerns looked at, please let me know. I can loop in your CSM's on this if you PM me your VIN, mileage, best daytime phone number, full name, and dealer name/location. :)

For the first time since I got the car 13 mths ago I drove with the radio off.. thats when I heard it. An annoying rattle from the passenger door..
  7. I had a rattle above the driver side door. It seems to be the shoulder belt anchor point cover.

I've noticed the rattle on the passenger side door. It doesn't bother me because I'm used to driving early 90s era cars that are 20+ years old...full of rattles...or my wife's old 2008 Mazda 3, which you couldn't hold a conversation in without yelling...in comparison this sounds silent.

Let’s get your concern looked into, LuvfiestaST. I recommend booking an appointment with your local dealer. Also, pass on your odometer reading; I’ll assess the next step.

I have less than 2K miles. I have determined it is my front passenger speaker grill too. At a certain RPM, that speaker grill does not like the harmonics traveling through the chassis. Bad speaker grill... very bad!

I have a question for all of you with the rattle: How many of you have a stock rear mount? How many have an aftermarket motor mount?

It seems when the window is opened slightly and the music turned up the door panel and window rattle... will keep an eye on it.. thank you

My driver's window rattles when it is 1-3" open. This is probably due to the sloppy tolerances in the window channel. ST has the same window channel as the base Fiesta. :(

Thanks Meagan. When I go in for my first schedule oil change, I will complain about these issues. Bought my ST at Galpin. Hopefully you have some pull with those guys.

I have a rattle in the driver side door. Turns out it was my water bottle rattling in the door bottle holder. Took me about a week to figure it out.<3
