I just test drove a Fiesta St in molten Orange in Drummondville Quebec. What else to say that I had a blast driving it! I already drive a subcompact, but it's nothing like this car. The level of luxury, the performance and the handling are outstanding! I wish I had the money to order one right now! The only thing I'm worried about is the reliability of an engine that encounter so much high pressures from a turbo. Needless too say that I highly recommend driving it just to feel how great this car is.

Even the strongest engine can't withstand constant detonation.

I'm sure the Ecoboost engine is very strong but the key is the direct injection, twin independent variable cam timing and sophisticated electronic controls that keep it from detonating.

Take away one of those and it would need to be highly detuned.

When they are all together its going to run well for a long time.
