I mounted my AccessPort on the A-pillar using a ProClip mount and inexpensive ultra low profile right angle OBD adapter from eBay. I don't usually leave it in the holder though.

COBB...anything being done about adding boost in 1st gear? Also are you working on a stealth exhaust or just a race exhaust?

There are only so many ways to make a reusable panel filter. I'm sure there are a handful of factories that will build to spec and I'm sure a company like Cobb does something to differentiate theirs but I doubt the differences are huge.

I bought a K&N before Cobb started selling their filter. I don't feel like I need to change.

    I agree.

    I also bought the AccessPort.
I would use and advertise their filter if I could have it for the $9.00.
If not, I too will stay with the K&N.

From the factory, the FiST comes with "torque truncation" in 1st, 2nd, and reverse gears. With the COBB Accessport and OTS maps, all of the limiters are removed. But if you ever wanted to adjust them, you would be able to once Accesstuner is released!

We do partner with Green for many of our filter options. Most aftermarket stock replacement filter options will perform the same, so if you already have a K&N, there isn't a huge reason to upgrade. Save your money for our full intake kit ;) (<--- biased opinion)

Yeah, it was a mistake on the website, sorry about that! If you bought an AP direct from us and are interested in the filter, just email me direct and I'll see what I can do: ian@cobbtuning.com

    I'm in the same boat.
I guess it doesn't pay to buy a new product when it first come out.
Next time I will wait for the sale.
